Service Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of

government-issued ID unless necessary for verification.
Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make
requests on your behalf. The agent must provide signed permission from you and
verify their own identity.
Response Timing: We will respond to verifiable requests within 45
days, with a possible 45-day extension if necessary. We will provide
information free of charge, up to twice per year.

We
do not offer financial incentives or price/service differences in exchange for
the retention or sale of your Personal Information.
10. Sensitive Personal
Information
We
collect Sensitive Personal Information (such as government IDs for business
formation and tax filings) only to:

services reasonably expected by an average consumer

maintain the quality or safety of our services

11. "Shine the Light"
Law (CA Civil Code § 1798.83)
California's
"Shine the Light" law gives residents the right to ask companies for
a notice identifying the categories of Personal Information shared with third
parties for direct marketing purposes. Under CCPA, we do not share Personal
Information with third parties for their direct marketing use without your
consent.
