This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the Remote Business Service Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California ("consumers" or "you"). Verification Process: We must verify your identity before processing certain requests. We may ask for specific information to confirm your identity, such as your name, address, and transaction details. We will not ask for government-issued ID unless necessary for verification.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The agent must provide signed permission from you and verify their own identity.

Response Timing: We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if necessary. We will provide information free of charge, up to twice per year.

9. Financial Incentives

We do not offer financial incentives or price/service differences in exchange for the retention or sale of your Personal Information.

10. Sensitive Personal Information

We collect Sensitive Personal Information (such as government IDs for business formation and tax filings) only to:

  • Perform services reasonably expected by an average consumer
  • Ensure security and integrity
  • Verify or maintain the quality or safety of our services
  • Comply with legal obligations, particularly IRS and state business filing requirements

We do not use Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those listed above.

11. "Shine the Light" Law (CA Civil Code § 1798.83)

California's "Shine the Light" law gives residents the right to ask companies for a notice identifying the categories of Personal Information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Under CCPA, we do not share Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing use without your consent.

We may update this Notice periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be notified through our website or email.
